We are also helping you to manage the details of the surrogacy process, as we understand that some parents find their gestational mothers independently (e.g. a family member, a friend or somebody found on the internet). We assist you in finding the professionals you require for the surrogacy process (e.g. fertility doctors, attorneys, etc.) and we handle all the necessary organizational steps. If that is your case, this allows you to concentrate fully on the joy of bringing your baby home without the pressure of having to manage the entire process.

We treat each one of our intended parents as though they are members of our family, and each surrogate as though she were carrying for us. Our team oversees all aspects of the surrogacy process, such as finding lawyers, doctors, psychologists, insurance professionals and escrow companies to follow all the necessary steps to achieve your goal.
The financial aspects of surrogacy can be overwhelming; therefore, we have escrow agents in our team that make all payments on your behalf. These agencies also store all information online, so that you can review the exact status of your account at any given moment.
We are fortunate to be located in Florida, one of the most surrogate-friendly states. According to Florida state law, as long as the proper documents are filed, you are the legal parent(s) of your baby, eliminating the possibility of your surrogate requesting parental rights.
