At Surrogacy and More, we understand that many intended parents have family, friends or other candidates willing to carry their babies. In any case, we are prepared to guide you through the complicated world of surrogacy. We will share our expertise and assist you from the day we meet until the birth of your child. With consultation and support, we intend to relieve the intended parents from the burden of navigating the complexities of surrogacy. We understand that managing the details involved in this process can be extremely time-consuming and stressful.
We Will:
- Set up an initial phone or video conference with the intended parents.
- Set up a separate call with their gestational mother.
- Revise gestational mother’s intake forms.
- Gather medical records regarding her previous pregnancies and deliveries.
- Organize communications with fertility clinics.
- Obtain approval by the Reproductive Endocrinologist.
- Coordinate background check and psychological screenings.
- Provide names of insurance professionals who will advise you about health, life and baby insurances.
- Recommend an ART attorney in your state to represent you and one to represent your gestational mother in her state.
- Coordinate fertility clinic appointments and embryo transfer.
- Serve as an intermediary between you and your gestational mother; we are the ones who will talk about important issues (money, baby medical treatment, termination of the pregnancy, etc.) therefore avoiding an uncomfortable situation for you and your cherished gestational mother.
- Arrange remote monitoring when the gestational mother lives more than 50 miles from your fertility clinic.
- Organize monthly follow up with your gestational mother and inform you of our findings.
- Establish the specifics of the birth at the hospital and make sure that the social worker has the pre-birth order to make the process as smooth as possible.
